Houston Firefighters Rescue Puppy from Wheel/Tire; Name Him “Lugnut”

Houston firefighters took more than an hour to carefully extricate a puppy from a wheel well and tire.

Houston firefighters at Station 51 extricated a puppy who got its head stuck in a tire. A woman brought the puppy to the fire station after she found the poor dog next to a dumpster at an apartment complex.

Firefighters named the puppy “Lugnut” after rescuing him using the cutting tool of the “Jaws of Life.”
