VIDEO: Car Drives Through Group of Protesters in Minneapolis Near Patrick’s Cabaret

Dramatic KTSP video shows a vehicle hitting several protesters Tuesday afternoon in Minneapolis.

A clash between a motorist and protesters occurred just after 4:30 p.m. Wednesday November 25, 2014 at the intersection of Lake Street and Minnehaha Avenue. The protesters were out rallying in the wake of a grand jury’s decision to not indict Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

The woman dragged under the left front wheel suffered only minor injuries according to KTSP. The driver was later pulled over by police, but was not immediately charged or arrested. The incident is under investigation, and police are using the helicopter video from KTSP as evidence for the investigation.
