CNN Drone Camera Flies Over Tornado-Damaged Washington, Illinois Neighborhood


A CNN drone flies over debris fields showing damage left for miles after tornadoes swept through Washington, Illinois.

The damage to Washington, Illinois was part of a large wedge tornado with winds up to 190 mph which traveled in a northeasterly direction from Tazewell to Woodford to Livingston and to La Salle counties.

“Multiple, multiple” buildings were destroyed, along with a cell phone tower, trees, and utility poles.
