A Woman in the Bronx ordered her pit bulls to attack man, according to police. Cynthia Oliver, 55, began arguing with the unnamed victim outside her building. The man is in stable condition and the pit bulls have been taken to Animal Care and Control.

The dogs were capable of dragging the man toward the curb of the street, and repeatedly went back toward the initial victim even though citizen rescuers arrived with bats, chains, and a garden hose to attempt to fend off the dogs.
