Winds in St. Davids Bermuda were recorded from 21.9 mph to 26.5 mph between 1:02 a.m. and 2:35 a.m. early Thursday morning, October 17, 2013 (Weather Underground Data 10.17.2013).
Cedar Avenue was blocked in both directions for an extended time period during the fire and after the fire was extinguished.
