Apparently They Don’t Terminate Police Pursuits in Russia: No Spike Strips? Bullets to the Tires

Unknown police department believed to be in Russia chases car carrier truck while shooting at the tires. Finally a rear tire is hit, and the truck slows down.

Spoiler from this DashCam Video …
Police dashcam video shows a police pursuit of a motor vehicle carrier with the driver weaving to prevent the police from pulling aside the truck and shooting out the truck’s tires.

The police eventually shoot out a rear tire, which slows down the fleeing truck driver. One police duo in a squad speed ahead of the truck. Apparently they have no spike strips or Stop Sticks, so one cop tries to wave the truck driver down, while the other cop throws rocks at the truck. That didn’t work.

Finally the truck driver is apprehended — face down and cuffed. Unfortunately we don’t know how the truck driver was removed from the truck because the dashcam video is edited.

Cop Block Central Florida claims the police were from Russia.
