Annie Shea Wheeler, age 22, was walking home near the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Ashland Avenue on April 6, 2022 when pieces of concrete the size of couch cushions fell from the facade of a building and caused severe head injuries, and traumatic brain injury.

Attorneys representing Annie Shea Wheeler, who suffered severe brain injuries, from the collapsed facade at the Noble Square building say they intend to file lawsuits against the building’s owners, as well as the company that put up scaffolding around the building in the weeks leading up to the construction failure.
